Two exciting pieces of news happened when I went to get weighed in at JC yesterday.  First, I lost a pound!  I'm in utter shock!  I did two days of my own on maintenance, went out and had a few alcoholic beverages Tuesday night, and eating Thanksgiving twice.  This makes me feel so much more comfortable being on my own.  I've been very nervous about doing this whole maintenance thing now that things are so different since the baby.  I even attempted a few sprays of Spray Butter (which I haven't been able to use since the baby).  But, apparently, you need to be careful with this as well.  Msnbc.com suggests only a few spritzes for flavor, any more of that adds up the calories which can actually cause a weight gain!  My second piece of good news was that a 1/4 cup of sugar-free pudding with Cool Whip is a limited "free" on JC.  You can have 3 of these limited free foods a day.  Jello is another example but I'd much rather have some fat-free chocolate pudding!  My goal for this week is to see if bringing back some salsa causes a water weight gain (so much sodium!).  We will see how it goes...

Breakfast -

VitaMuffin 150cal/1.5g fat English muffin/egg/cheese


1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack -

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch -

4 whole grain crackers with 2 tsp. low-fat peanut butter

100 cal Thin Whole Wheat Bagel with 2 slices of veggie cheese
