10/20/15 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Thursday

 So, I was looking through some old pictures the other day and found this one of probably when I was about 180/190 pounds.  Whew.  I've been such a smaller weight since 2007 that I forgot what I really looked like!  Tomorrow I'll post a pic of where I'm at now.  What really amazed me was seeing how truly big I was and through the heaviest time in my life my husband was there through it all.  He fell in love with me at my biggest.  What an incredible person to love me no matter what size.  I look back on these pictures and cringe.  I'm embarrassed for myself but it makes me reflect on how hard I've worked and how lucky I am to have such a great husband and friend.  Thank goodness for Jenny Craig.  My consultant has been the most patient, kind, and knowledgeable "teacher."  I couldn't have done it without her. 

Breakfast -

JC Complate Start Cereal

1 cup fat-free organic milk

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch -

JC Broccoli and Cheddar Potato


Snack -


Dinner -

JC Fish and Chips

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Lemon Mousse Bar
