Wedding blogs continued...

I did not get on JC just because I was engaged and getting married.  I actually had gotten on it the year before because I was so frustrated with the climbing number on the scale.  It was by pure chance that I had already been on it for a solid year before the wedding.  My goal number for the wedding was 140 and I achieved it right at the last possible second!  I was so proud of myself!  What else helped me get to where I wanted to be by the time of the wedding?  I did a lot of hiking with my dogs and husband as well as two workout DVD's:  The Wedding Workout and Cardi 1 Billy Blanks Tae-Bo.  If you're trying to reach a goal by the time of your wedding cut back your portions and up your aerobic workouts. 


Breakfast -

JC French Toast with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup


1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack -

JC Vanilla Crisp Anytime Bar

Lunch -

JC Pesto Pizza


Snack -


Dinner -

JC Rising Crust Pizza

Salad with peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms (2 tbsp. light southwestern ranch)

Snack -

JC Cheese Curls
