We bought a treadmill over the weekend which I am really excited about!  Once my endometriosis pain is under control I plan on getting right back into my workouts.  I haven't worked out for two weeks and it is torture.  I feel lazy and fat.  But, every time I get my heart rate up I seem to have an "attack."  Right now I'm taking medicine and trying to get it calmed back down.  Hopefully this will help so I can start being healthy again.  I am estatic to begin using the treadmill every other day.  I will have no excuse in the winter not to keep up my workout regimen!  I will definitely still do my workout DVD's as well, because like I've mentioned in previous blogs, it's good to keep the body guessing.  If I got into a routine of just using the treadmill I'm sure eventually I'd plateau.  Switching up my workouts is a necessity for my body.  Keep your fingers crossed that my flare up will soon cease and I can begin using my new toy! 1 serving size of Fiber One Apple Cinnamin Muffins

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -

The other half of my Saag Paneer!  Yum!

Fat-free yogurt

Snack -


Dinner -

Grilled chicken salad (2 oz. grilled chicken, mozzarella, romaine, tomatoes)

2 tbsp. light ranch

100 calorie English Muffn

Snack -

Skinny Cow
